Hi, I’m Amanda Brant—a proud Iowa native with deep roots in Benton and Linn Counties. Born and raised in Benton County, I spent over two decades in Linn County before returning home to Vinton in 2022 after marrying my husband, Mark. Together, we live on a peaceful acreage lovingly dubbed the Dahlstrom Ranch—complete with horses, chickens, barn cats, and our beloved Yorkie, Addy.

With a background in marketing and business from Kirkwood Community College and Mount Mercy College, I began my career in the mortgage industry in 2004. I quickly discovered my passion for real estate and became a licensed Realtor® in 2006. Since then, I’ve been helping clients across Iowa buy and sell homes with confidence and clarity.

Over the years, I’ve been honored with multiple industry awards, including:
