My wife and I moved from Hawaii to Iowa. We spent months with Diane via emails initially reviewing a number of candidate homes that would meet our needs. The Cedar Rapids housing market was moving quickly and our top ten homes were slowly going into the pending catagory. Diane setup a home showing hours after we landed at the airport. Diane is a delight to work with. We were moving to Iowa from Maui. The 5 hours time difference provided challenges. We would give her lists of houses we were interested in seeing. Of course, they would be under contract before we would be able to see them. We looked at one house just after our flight landed in Cedar Rapids. The next day we looked at 3 more and found our home. Diane was right on top of everything. It is a great pleasure to work with her.
