Janel Shimak

We tell every one about her and if anyone we know is looking to move, I will be giving them her card.

I can not recommend her enough. She is not only great at her job but a great person and is amazing to work with

Janel is an amazing agent! She is SUPER detail oriented and is the perfect person to have in your corner for the real estate process. I'm thankful she was our agent for the selling process and I would absolutely contact her as a buyer's agent if we're ever back in the area! Call her!

I love working with Janel. We purchased and sold our first home through her. Hoping to purchase a home this spring with Janel by our side to walk us through the steps.

Janel is awesome to work with! I would definitely recommend her and if I ever need a realtor I would call her to help me

The first house I looked at was a real fixer upper. Having just met Janelle, I wasn’t sure what she would say..she is after all in the business of selling houses right? She literally said, “oh no! This house is not for you, it needs way to much work!” Janelle continued to demonstrate her understanding of what I was looking for! I never felt pressured to make a decision, I never doubted that she didn’t have my best interest first! She truly made this process seamless, easy and even less [...]

We were out of town buyers and not familiar with the housing market in Marion. We provided Janel some general parameters and she identified some properties for us to review. The first listing we looked at was exactly what we had in mind. Janel walked us through the process, was in constant communications, responded to all inquiries promptly and with complete and thoughtful answers. I can't think of anything more she could have done to make this buying experience any better.

Janel was very professional and went out of her to make it possible for us to get the house and become home owners.

Janel is so helpful and informative ever step of the way. She takes care of everything from beginning to end. For the past 2 years she has worked diligently in helping us find the perfect home. She's a fantastic realtor and I'm lucky enough to call her family!!!
