This was my first home purchase and I had no idea what I was doing going into it. Patrick and Realty 87 really took it upon themselves to make sure I felt comfortable, informed, and ready when it came time to make this big purchase. Patrick was bombarded with all kinds of questions and he always got me an answer immediately, unless he didn’t have the answer himself. Patrick was very “Johnny on the spot”! When I was ready he stopped by did a once over and then set the appointment for photos and within a day my home was on the market and 2-3 days later it was sold!! Patrick knows his stuff and watches out for his client(s). Everything went very smooth with the closing. Five stars plus!!
