Zach is great to work with. He knows his stuff and has great connections to get things done. He had a guy that removed the stuff we needed to get rid of. He had a guy that help resolve any issues with the home inspection and other things. He also worked well with the buys to help address any concerns they had with making the purchase. With resolving issues and radon remediation he was able to keep things moving and get us to closing as soon as possible. I would definitely use him again.
