Molly was such a wonderful agent to work with. We were not expecting to buy a house as soon as we did, and we truly could not have done it without her. Her positivity and expertise in guiding us throughout the process made what could have been a stressful experience if we were on our own a very positive one. She was very timely with her responses, even while on a family vacation. I plan to recommend Molly to anyone I know who is looking to buy or sell a house.

Molly is nothing short of a superstar. She goes above and beyond what we have ever experienced with a realtor in the many moves we have had throughout our marriage. She immediately made us feel like family and we knew she had our best interests in mind ALWAYS! We had such a remarkable experience with her the first time we moved to the Cedar Rapids area in 2018. When we became empty nesters and were ready to look for our long term home, we immediately reached out to Molly and she sprung into action. When we found "the one", it was a tough few days of negotiation but Molly never wavered in her positivity and we were ultimately able to come to an agreement with the seller. She is kind, patient, passionate and knows the business inside and out. Not only that, but she has contacts for any help or service we need on our homes which included lending her own help (and her husband's!) on several projects. There is no end to this amazing woman's skillset! It is a true pleasure to work with Molly and to call her friend. We recommend her to anyone and everyone we come across that might be interested in buying or selling a home. There is nobody we trust more or would rather work with than Molly Iversen.
