We met Emily at an open house towards the beginning of the year and instantly clicked with her. We were casually looking to purchase a new home and then I was planning on selling my home on my own. Emily helped by going through our house and discussed what to finish to make the home sell quickly. She helped us find the perfect home, got us connected with GreenState and made the buying process easy. We closed on our new home in March. When it came time to sell our house, I felt that having her on my side to work through any issues that may come up was the best move. The home was priced right and went pending in 2 days. I would definitely recommend Emily to anyone looking to buy or sell. She is easy going, low pressure, honest, gave sound advise when it came time to negotiating. You can tell she cares about her clients and enjoys her job. We will miss working with her now that all transactions have been completed.

We had given Emily a price range at an open house. She was very friendly & helpful. Then I found this house on Windfall Dr, a bit more than the range we had given her. Called her up to see if she would show it to us. And both my husband & I loved this house. Everything fell into place & we now own it! Emily is a lovely lady! Thank you Emily!

Our experience with Emily Drinkwater was simply amazing. She was able to assist with finding houses and schedule tours and very flexible with our busy work schedules. Emily was able to guide us in the right direction to find a suitable house within our budget. Whatever questions sparked up, we would message her and she would reply in a timely manner. Emily was a wonderful asset in helping us sell our house. She made the entire process as easy as she could even considering we'd already relocated out of state. She provided questions to us to make sure we were thinking of what our preferences would be for listing our home and made sure we had all the information available. She recommended things to increase the value of our house (i.e., fresh paint) and coordinated several open houses and even helped facilitate service people having access while we were not available.
