I had Sonja list an adjacent lot to a house that I own in Atkins, Iowa. We walked the property and discussed what I would and would not do while it is being listed, and what needed to be done. She had an answer to all of my questions and if she didn’t, she was very quick to respond. Any problem that came up she was very quick to respond and take care of. The property was listed, and sold in one day! This lady knows what she’s doing!
