Sonja is very experienced, providing great tips and insights after hearing about what I was looking for and the homes I was interested in. I was moving from st Louis, MO to the Cedar Rapids/Marion area so we were working through phone calls, emails, and texts. She was able to set up a series of showings quickly when a really great house was listed that matched many of my criteria. For each showings she had done her homework, pointing out pros and cons. These were things I may not have considered like how soon the driveway might need to be replaced and the cost, or the condition of windows, or the type of countertops. Overall she is professional, personable, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I have a great house and she was instrumental in making that happen.

I had Sonja list an adjacent lot to a house that I own in Atkins, Iowa. We walked the property and discussed what I would and would not do while it is being listed, and what needed to be done. She had an answer to all of my questions and if she didn’t, she was very quick to respond. Any problem that came up she was very quick to respond and take care of. The property was listed, and sold in one day! This lady knows what she’s doing!
