Why Work With Realty87?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
Emily was amazing to work with, from every late night email and early morning text, she replied swiftly and efficiently. My husband and I had no clue on what to do during the house buying process, Emily was there at every step to help us and guide us to make an informed decision. She was honest and straightforward yet, was just as excited as we were when she told us our offer was accepted! I will forever recommend Emily for any buying or selling needs for family, friends, and strangers!! Thank you, Emily!!

Emily has been such an amazing realtor! She goes above & beyond and doesn’t miss a detail. If I messaged her a question about the house, she was already a step ahead of me, ensuring it was done. She always responds right away, and goes the extra mile. All around A+ realtor!

Emily was extremely helpful during my first home-buying experience! She always replied to my questions in a timely manner and made the whole process feel easy. I would highly recommend Emily to anyone looking to buy their first home - she doesn't pressure you to make a decision but offers great advice. She's quick to point out the positives of each home you view, but not afraid to share what needs improvement or could need fixing down the road. I really appreciated her honesty and insight during the whole process.

We had moved from Florida to Iowa and my sister recommended Emily. We immediately connected with her, in one day we did the house hunter thing and made an offer that afternoon. She helped us understand how to obtain utilities, insurance and taxes. The week of closing she worked with the lawyers and bankers to get the funds in the right place. We could not be in this great house without her. Thank you Emily Drinkwater, and thank you Coldwell Banker Hedge Realty.

We loved worked with Emily. We're pretty laid back and were very casually looking for houses at first and Emily was still very responsive to inquiries without being at all pushy. Emily let us form our own opinion on houses but offered helpful information. Emily also sold our house for us. We didn't want to list it while we were still living there, but were getting close to winter, so Emily sent out an email to the agents in Coldwell and got our home sold without having to list it. We appreciate all her help!
