Jeremy was a pleasure to work with. Selling a house is stressful and Jeremy made it more bearable. He was very responsive regardless if it was to answer another question of mine or to give me an update on the status of the house. When I was not getting needed information from the Home Owners Association, Jeremy made phone calls and went to their office to get the information that was needed. Jeremy is professional and I would definitely recommend him.

Jeremy did a great job getting my place on the market and sold in a timely manner. Communication was wonderful, any questions I had were answered promptly. He also did a great job keeping track of important dates and documents needed to acquire throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for help buying or selling a house!

Works hard at finding homes that’ll fit your criteria and works even harder to fit in to your schedule to see these homes. On top of a great person, Jeremy is subtle with his approach at working for you but isn’t afraid to give you the honest advice you want to hear from a realtor thats been selling homes across the cedar rapids area for a while. Hands down wouldnt of been able to purchase my first home with him!

This is the third time Melissa has represented us for home purchase or sale. She took the time to explain the process and was available to answer any questions or concerns. Melissa was particularly helpful when we moved before our home sale was completed. She regularly checked on our home to ensure everything was safe and unaffected by the winter weather. Melissa worked hard to get us the maximum value for our home sale, we would absolutely use her services again in the future.
