We used Molly to sell our home and also used her to buy our new home. I have nothing but great things to say about Molly. I would recommend her to anyone, and have to many people we know. First, I was very impressed with her availability. Any email inquiries I sent her, or phone messages I left her, would be returned the same day most all of the time; otherwise the very next day. She is extremely professional and has great attention to detail. She looked out for our best interests from start to finish; when it came time for offers, counter offers, language in the contracts, etc. She always made sure we understood every step of the process; and if we didn't, she gladly took the time to explain it to us. She would also send us frequent email reminders on things. She is very organized, worked very hard for us and is very easy to work/ communicate with. She never tried to pressure us into anything or made us feel like we were wasting her time when we were looking at houses; and we looked at lots of houses. We have 2 younger children, who were often with us when we were house searching or signing paperwork, and she was great with our kids; she often would keep them occupied while we did what we needed to. She doesn't come off as fake like many realtors and seems genuinely like a great person who looked out for our best interests; she took the time to listen to our concerns/questions and made us feel like we were her #1 priority every step of the way. She has great patience, great knowledge of the local housing market and did a great job keeping us updated & informed every step of the way. Her follow up, even after the closing, is phenomenal as well, as far as reminders/recommendations of things to do. I'm not fond of most realtors in general, but Molly was an exception to that and was impressive every step of the way. And if I ever need a realtor again, I would definitely use her.
