Sonja was exceptional to work with! Her knowledge of the area and current market allowed us to set a perfect list price. She scheduled professional pictures that brought us two days full of showings and many offers to over list price! She made the whole process easier and was on top of each step communicating with us regularly.
We would choose Sonja again!!
