Sonja was exceptional to work with! Her knowledge of the area and current market allowed us to set a perfect list price. She scheduled professional pictures that brought us two days full of showings and many offers to over list price! She made the whole process easier and was on top of each step communicating with us regularly. We would choose Sonja again!!

I highly recommend Sonja as either a buyer or seller's agent. She is incredibly thorough, responds to calls, texts, or email, usually within minutes, and is as honest as the day is long. The market is extremely tight in the Cedar Rapids area, and she constantly looked for properties that fit our requirements, and alerted us when new listings came on the market so we could set up showings immediately. We bought our home after it had been on the market for one day! Sonja called me and said, "this has everything you're looking for, you need to see it NOW!". She was absolutely on target! It's the home of our dreams. Sonja has an excellent relationship with other agents in the area, and they know she has qualified buyers waiting for their listings, so she is the first to know of any listings that are new, or even about to be on the market. I wouldn't go to any other agent if I was serious about buying a home in this area. Sonja Engel Allbones is the only name you need to know!
