Why Work With Realty87?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
We have sold and bought two properties using Sonja as our realtor. She has outstanding knowledge of the real estate field and was a great help! We sold our last home with her in 1 day - the day it hit the market. We highly recommend her as a referral and would use her services again in a heartbeat if needed!

Sonja is nothing short of great. She's honest and professional at every point of buying OR selling a home. She knows real estate inside and out, and works well with other agents to accomplish any and all goals. Above all, she's a fantastic person who cares about her clients personally and financially. She's not just a real estate agent... she's an advocate for your next home sale or purchase. Highly, highly recommended.

I sold & bought my personal residence with Sonja. Referred her to family and friends - and all got back to me thanking me for it. Bought and resold several investment properties with Sonja's assistance over the last 10+ years. Love her thorough due diligence and expert market knowledge. Also, she is a great source to help one with a good agent referral if one need to move to another State or Canada. Her professional connections spread throughout the US and Canada, many she knows personally. Sonja is truly one of the few, sharp minded, hard to find, honest Real Estate professionals around. I will continue to refer her business to family and friends in the years to come.

Sonja was wonderful to work with. She was a go-getter from the start. Got the house listed and an open house within days. Sonja guided me every step of the way. When glitches occurred Sonja had my back. She explained everything and worked hard to correct issues very quickly. Sonja was just a phone call away and made me feel that I was not alone in this process. Thank you so very much Sonja for walking with me through this journey!
